How much will it cost?
As you can imagine, the cost of repairs to an instrument depends heavily on the scope of the damage and the replacement parts that are required. Although we can give you a rough price for repair, we will need to see the extent of the damage and discuss what you require before we can accurately price the work. How long will it take?
Again, the length of the repair can vary depending on the extent of damage though we try to accommodate the requirement of our clients. We will aim to complete the work within an agreed timescale and will come to an arrangement in cases where there may be more of an urgency.
How does the process work?
First we need to gauge the damage to the instrument. In order to do this, you can bring the instrument to our premises or alternatively, if you are within a 10 mile radius we can collect it from you. Once we have evaluated the damage we can discuss the requirements, a cost of repair and timescales. We will then complete the repairs and contact you when the work is finished.
